Accommodation and Functions
All rooms require a credit card for confirmation of bookings, the card will not be charged until departure.
Cancellations can be made up to 2pm on day prior to arrival with out further charge. After this time the first night stay will be charged in full.
No shows are charged in full for the first night
Any deposits paid are non refundable
Bookings of six or more rooms are subject to our group booking terms and conditions.
At time of booking a 10% deposit of the total cost per room is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All rooms must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival with a full rooming list supplied at this time.
No shows will be charged in full.
Any additional costs occurred during stay must be paid in full on departure.
PERIOD OF NOTICE & CANCELLATION
More than 20 weeks prior to date of arrival
Between 20 weeks and 12 weeks prior to date of arrival
25% of the total booking value
Between 12 weeks and 6 weeks prior to date of arrival
50% of the total booking value
Between 6 weeks and 14 days prior to date of arrival
75% of the total booking value
Less than 14 days prior to date of arrival
100% of the total booking value
Rooms will be invoiced upon the departure of guests and payment will be due 14 days from the date of invoice. Any late payments will be subject to 8% charge. This will be charged per month or part of month on all late payments.
Items taken from the rooms will be charged at replacement value and any damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly.
The hotel has a no smoking policy under the as per the 2005 Smoking Act. Any guests found to have been smoking in rooms will be charged a £50 cleaning fee.
