We started on a new website and had new photographs taken just before lockdown and we are delighted to finally have this go live. We will be continually updating and will use this blogpost, along with social media, to keep you informed of everything happening at the Dunavon.
2020 has been a very different year, and we have had many more changes than we planned.
The changes that were planned was that I have taken over as General manager from Wilson who is enjoying a well deserved retirement, and indulging in his passions – golf and wine.
Our beautiful re-furbished rooms were completed but instead of promoting them for visitors, we made them available for key workers during this pandemic, and were pleased to be fully booked in June providing accommodation and meals (served in the rooms) to the key workers we are all so grateful to.
On the 15th July, our restaurant re-opened with everything in place to ensure safety for our clients and staff, but still provide great hospitality.
We have been delighted to welcome back regulars and new faces. A lot of the favourites are still on the slightly reduced menu. We look forward to seeing you soon but we do recommend booking which allows us to control the amount of people we have in at one time. If you turn up on the night we will try our best to fit you in but, we strongly advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
